Adam Winton
Adam has more than 20 years experience in the property sector both in the UK and overseas. He is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). He has worked with the Pears family since January 2000, both as a partner, establishing a UK based joint venture trading as Talisman Properties, and also working with the Group on some of its larger and/or international projects.

Most recently he has overseen the establishment of a team in London and Berlin that has purchased more than €500m of property across Europe. Previously he has been involved in activities as diverse as the purchase for £2.4bn (approx. €3.6bn) of BT property assets by Telereal, retail acquisitions in North America, working in New York on the construction of a model for the evaluation of pan European property equities and a directorship of Threadneedle Property Fund Managers where he was responsible for the running of an £800m (approx. €1.2bn) property fund.

Geoff Lewis
Geoff joined PGREI in 2011 as Chief Operating Officer. Geoff was previously a Director of Rowan Asset Management responsible for Investment and Asset Management in the UK and German. Prior to that he was Asset Management Director of Reit Asset Management (Now F&C Reit). He has over 20 years of property experience and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ .

Rachel Bougen
Office Manager and PA
Rachel joined the PGREI Team in 2009 with 10 years experience of Office Management and Systems, PA work and data reporting.
Rachel ensures the smooth running of the PGREI office, co-ordinates the Team’s international travel and is the main point of contact whilst they are away.

Jared Hart
Jared joined PGREI in 2005. His previous experience includes working at Matrix a property investment group and Cushman & Wakefield London. Originally born in New Zealand and now a UK resident, Jared is jointly responsible for sourcing and dealing with acquisitions outside of the UK.

Mark Aylmer
Mark joined the PGREI team as Asset Manager in September 2011. He is a Chartered Surveyor and has previously been a Partner at Cluttons and Buckrow Asset Management and also Director responsible for German Assets at Citicourt Investment Partners. He has over 20 years experience of working on a wide range of asset classes.

Ilyas Aslam
As the Group Financial Controller, Ilyas has overall responsibility for the accounting and finance functions of the Group. He is an accountant with over 10 years experience within the real estate sector, and joined the Group in 2007

Andrew Sweeney
Andrew joined the PGREI team in September 2010 as a Corporate Accountant. He has over 20 years experience in the property sector including 15 years working on commercial fund management in the UK, Europe and Globally. He is responsible for the accounting of various entities within the business, and for maintaining and developing the management and accounting software system.
